This bracket bolts right on the top upper section of the RV kayak rack both on the right side and left side of the rack. This allows you to carry your chairs on the Kayak / bike rack. Your two camping chairs will hang on the L brackets and then are strapped right around the kayaks securely. The L brackets are 3" out and 3" upward and 12" apart to place the chairs on.  Once you hang your chair you just add a strap around your kayak to safely transport them. 

These are sold as a single for one chair.
